My mugglenet account: AMORTENTIA BLACK
Currently working on: a full-length prequel to the Harry Potter series, featuring James, Sirius, Peter, Remus, Lily, Dorcas, Regulus, and the rest of the gang! There will be four installments: 5th year, 6th year, 7th year, and post Hogwarts. It will chronicle young love, anger, friendships and loyalties; the rise of the First War and the Wizarding World's reaction, House Quidditch and the World Cup, weddings, the Slug Club, the Sorting Hat, Diagon Alley and other Wizarding haunts, the Order of the Phoenix, the Marauders' first defiant acts against Lord Voldemort, and tough decisions and tragic occurrences. Between full moons, in the midst of the First Wizarding War, the light seems to be dwindling. Join the Marauders and friends as they realize the importance of protecting the love and light that they share. Sometimes, the right answer isn't always the easiest.

From Year 6:
"When Remus was off doing Prefect duties and James was at Quidditch, he found himself wishing more than anything to go back to those cozy times in front of the fire, where they would tell each other everything. But she was nowhere to be found--and when she was, the expression on her face could rival that of a basilisk - it could kill you with just one glance."
From Year 7:
"Not all of us can do great, heroic things all the time. But it's the smallest things, the hardest, the most important--that when done with conviction and love, matter the most."
This story is obviously not finished yet. Right now, I'm still in the planning stages. If you want to be added to an alert list or even just want to hear about what I'm thinking, comment on this post or email me! I love to share. Click on the pictures below to read oneshots.
In which Harry asks for girl advice and Sirius has just the story from his Hogwarts years. Who knew that the Marauders had been putting on such a good show?
Sirius, Remus, and Harry share memories and stories as they read through letters the Marauders and friends wrote to their future selves while at school.
"Beautiful story, truly."
"Every letter was full of the writer's personality, even the ones who we don't know much about... the reactions were priceless. They either made me want to cry or laugh my head off."
"Sometimes I find newbie writers who have potential and require a bit of work before they become good. Others are so terrible that they will never get anywhere. Your first story is in the third category, that of writers who have magic right from the start."
